Subscription Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with ContentAI. If you are not happy with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment or renewal charge.

Refund requests submitted after 7 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle are generally not provided except where required by law.

Cancellation Terms

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing settings page. On cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the following period
  • Your account reverts to the Free tier after expiration
  • Your data (strategies, posts, campaigns) is retained and accessible on the Free tier subject to Free tier limits

Billing Clarifications

  • Annual plans: Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for 12 months. Refunds for annual plans are available within 14 days of the initial charge.
  • Plan upgrades: When upgrading mid-cycle, you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period. This charge is non-refundable unless you downgrade within 7 days.
  • Failed payments: If a payment fails, your account enters a grace period of 5 days. If payment is not resolved, your plan is downgraded to Free and access to paid features is paused.
  • Disputes: If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 30 days and we will investigate promptly.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@contentai.app with the subject line “Refund Request” and include your account email and reason for the request. We process all refunds within 5–10 business days.
